I used to be able to easily launch this. Now, every time I launch, it makes me sign in through Facebook. Glitches often…and even worse if I’m not currently signed into Facebook. Very frustrating.

Way to many ads

I would love SP if they didn’t randomly delete my list of regular opponents, delete all of my purchased & earned coins & power ups & not delete my list of songs I’ve purchased over time.

In my opinion SongPop Classic,is the Greatest Game App in the Entire App Store! And I have been playing different versions of it for over 11 years and I still Love it to this day! The IT Group are Topnotch and they will stay on top of any issue(s) that you’re experiencing and all it takes is for you to submit a ticket and it will not be closed until you close it after your issue(s) has been fixed! I thank all of the developers for this Amazing Game and I give it⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤙

My game just disappeared and the app wants me to start over. I’ve been playing for over 10 years (maybe 15) and it’s all gone?! Sorry to the friends I’ve been playing with forever. 🤬

I’ve played SongPop for over 10 years. It’s is literally the ONLY game I even play, and I am a daily player even if just for a few minutes. I never pay for App subscriptions but finally decided I’ve played SongPop long enough and I really enjoy it so I’d go ahead and pay $10 a month for the VIP. Ever since when I claim rewards such as unlimited tickets or power ups the app doesn’t want to work correctly until said reward times end and then it all functions as normal again. This is clearly preventing you from utilizing the rewards you earned. Then when it comes to the unlimited power ups once those end there will be 30+ of my regular power ups just gone…. Stolen from me by the app. Even the times I can’t even use the unlimited option. This game has turned into a a trap and after 10+ years of loyalty - I’m about done. I can’t stand greedy thieves and I will not support a company that screws over their paying customers. I do NOT recommend wasting your money on VIP- they’ll just screw you over and steal from your account. You will not get what you pay for. I would’ve given a 5 star had I made a review before becoming VIP. After my VIP experience they’re lucky they get 2 stars.

The ads are absolutely insane. They are CONSTANT. I completely understand games come with ads when you don’t pay, and I play plenty of other games that have ads but this game is an ad about every other minute. I just played the game for 6 mins and had to watch 4 ads, it takes all the fun out of the game. Other games I will ultimately end up spending money but this one is so stuffed with ads I can’t even get into it.

I’ve played this game for years and I really do enjoy it. However, starting about a month ago, my chat feature disappears and the only way to get it back is to uninstall the game and re-download it. I have to do this each time I play if I want to use chat.

We get no help the customer service is absolutely terrible you don’t fix a thing ! Lose our leaderboard rankings bcuz you don’t fix problems! Takes 3 weeks to hear back from you is a joke ! And stop the Ai response it’s no help !

It’s special

Obscene in both amount and content. It’s already a serious problem that you LITERALLY have to watch ads THE EXACT SAME AMOUNT OF TIME that you play. I have actually timed it. If you are on this app for 30 minutes, you have spent 15 of it watching ads. But some of the ads contain graphic sexual content. Pretty surprising and almost funny to a grandma like myself but not cool to think that preteens or teens might be playing this game as well. Of course you can avoid that with the paid version which may be worth it.

What happened to the chat option? It’s gone from one day to another, why??

BEWARE: If you have any problems with your account, customer service will not help you. I have been a paying member for YEARS and have all of a sudden been blocked from using my account. I cannot play any games since 1/5/25. I have tried sending in many tickets to customer support, with 0 response. I paid for a $100 sale that granted unlimited powerups, and because of being blocked, was unable to use them. I reached out about a refund, again, no response. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get it refunded. I have had to cancel my yearly membership because of the blatant disregard of company representatives to help a long time member who has been blocked for no reason. STAY. AWAY.

I want to love this game, I do. Yet, it's impossible to play for more than 5 minutes at a time without an ad in your face, some are integrated into the game itself. It's faster to just close down the app and restart it once an ad appears. And sometimes the add on the opening screen makes the whole app close out. It's pathetic

Before all these adds the game was great ..with adds this is more of a headache than anything…

PLEASE REACTIVATE THE CHAT FEATURE!

Have been playing for years, I got a new phone and now it will no longer allow me to login. It goes through an endless loop that never works.

I keep trying to play and sometimes the game gets stuck so I can't use my rewards or a party glitches just before I have used my tickets and boosts. Today, I received a "gift" from SongPop and the page froze so that I can’t play at all.

And the problems either continue or new ones pop up. I would give a 5 star, but these issues NEVER get resolved! I have been playing almost 2 years & I STILL cannot scroll when browsing playlists! Why can’t u fix this? Getting tired of the crashing. Also, with each update, the app becomes slower & slower regarding loading in general & PVP games. You can imagine how frustrating it is. For these reasons, I will not be renewing my PLUS membership when it expires at the end of February. I believe if one pays $10 ea. month, the devs should strive for excellence rather than going backwards.

The ads for the games are too long and too frequent. Otherwise Song Pop is good, though NOT worth paying a monthly fee for!

Update update-soooo you can’t decline a gift nor does it come out of your inventory if you try to gift it to an opponent. Update-game support is the worst. I have been a loyal player for 10+ years. I have very specific taste in playlists. I. Do. Not. Want. Other. Peoples. Junk. Pleeeeeeeease fix it to where you can cancel a gift. Thank you Is there a way to disable the gift giving/receiving feature? I’m not terribly thrilled about not being able to decline a gift so I’d rather disable it before I’m stuck with more unwanted playlists from oppnents

Why did you get rid of chat option and seeing profile pictures and sending playlists to each other ? The game was fine before there doesn’t need to be updates besides adding new music playlists…. Change it back

I can no longer chat, edit my profile, or send gifts. What is up with this update?!

What happened to the chat option and the edit profile option?

The chat feature has been taken away. I had multiple players that I liked chatting with and now that option is gone.

Quit working with last update and nobody will help me. They just keep sending me generic help solutions to unrelated problems. I am paying for the Songpop Plus and have paid for at least two months with no access!

Used to be fun. Now you have to pay or deal with endless popups and adds and get to play one set per 5 minutes.

I get so much enjoyment from playing SP! I add songs that I haven’t heard in years to my playlists, SP helps me do that.

Love this game especially now all the little issues have been ironed out. If you enjoy music, download this app. It is a great game for music lovers. Few things they can still improve but they may just be things I'd prefer 😉

I have been playing this game from the beginning and I really liked it. Now with the new update I can no longer get into my account because THE DEVELOPER wants it attached to “Facebook”. Well I DO NOT use Facebook. And it won’t let me “just sign in”. So now all the years and accomplishments that I have earned are gone. I don’t even have the ability to try to contact them other than here. I can’t even delete my account!!! Thank you for nothing!!!!

4 days ago you “fixed” the bugs and I’ve been locked out of my game every since. Please refund my money

A lot of ads and you have to pay for a lot of things

Played for almost ten years and when I stopped playing the second version, all of my perks were gone. I contacted customer service and was told it was policy. I have never heard of a game that basically punishes you for not wanting to play the other Gagne that is dysfunctional most of the time. A waste of ten bucks a month. Beware

Used to be my favorite game. Now you get a much-too-long ad after every round. Excruciating. Wish I hadn’t updated.

not enough playlistes

The game is fine, but we’re still dealing with Halloween on the site, the amount of games you have to play to get your last star needs to be cut drastically. That will get you a lot more users because there’s less effort that you have to be put in it and this is not a game that you get anything out of its a game that you pay for.

I have to say, I just love this app I run into all kinds of music that I haven’t heard in years. When I get to play with people I don’t even know which is wonderful.!!

I can’t believe you are charging me money to break a piggy bank that is filled with coins I already earned!!! Please get rid of the piggy bank. I already pay monthly for a game I play occasionally. I might have to go back to the free version. I just wanna have fun. You are trying to break my bank! SMH

I love song pop but I think on your playlist the mastered ones should be at the bottom of the list. That way you don’t have to go through all of them when selecting one.

I tried purchasing the 9.99 subscription. On my App Store it shows I’m subscribed. In the app it shows I’m not. When I go to try and pay for it again, it says I’m already subscribed, but there was an error. So 10 bucks was taken from my account but I didn’t get the pro benefits in the game? So canceled. Love this game but upset you took my money and I didn’t get any of the in game benefits for said purchase.

I get they need ads to make money, but I spend more time watching ads than actually playing and $10 a month seems excessive

I’ve been playing Song Pop for many years. Fun, competitive, and addicting. However, there’s not a single Michael Jackson playlist. Therefore, had to reduce a star because you’re missing one of the biggest stars on the planet. Not one MJ album or Best of. How does Song Pop not have the King of Pop? It continues to be a great time and game. I love competing against some great players. The massive party competition are the best. Thanks for making a great game.
